Juicy Pub-Style Burgers

Yesterday Mr NuT received his last Cortisone injection for his degenerated disk.  But kelt so good he made lunch  and dinner yesterday.  This blog will deal only with the dinner.
Cyndy usually makes our hamburger  by  watching the sales at the grocery stores, when on she purchases round steak and uses our macho food processor to yield a almost  99% fat free hamburger.  Mr Nut used this in the Pub burgers.
Mr Nut believes that 87% o 93% fat free commercial hamburger would work as well, but he has not tried it yet.commercial.   Also, for Diabetics and Calorie counters the values will now be provided .
On the left are the burgers, butter mixd in the meat along with melted butter. Mr Nut tried to make the burger "light and loose"but his time they were just  a littler looser than desired.
On the right is the Oven proof skillet used to braise the meat on the stovetop and back the in the oven with the same skillet.




Anyway the recipe from the  blog May 4, 2011 will be replace the revised on from Nov 1, 2011.
